William Bonnin

William Bonnin focuses in international trade and energy law.  His experience includes work in international law firms in France and Luxemburg, and European Union policy consulting in Brussels.  He recently authored a research paper on China’s negotiation strategy during the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Summit.  William currently works as a legal consultant for an energy efficiency start-up based in Palo Alto, California.

William holds two Masters in Business Law from the Jean Moulin Lyon III University (Lyon, France), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School (Washington D.C.).  He can be reached at:  bonnin@efficiencylaw.com

Philip Liu

Philip Liu works in public policy with a focus in environmental issues.  His experience also includes work on joint ventures, copyright, and federal appropriations law.  Philip has conducted research on: the impact of population growth on the environment; desertification and deforestation in the Americas; and the implications of investment in tropical rain forests.

A graduate from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Asian American studies, Philip is currently a Juris Doctor candidate in the class of 2014 at the University of Connecticut Law School.  He can be reached at:  cdaf88@gmail.com.
